1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Bracket Finance, including the website, tournament creation tools, coin pages, administrative interfaces, and any related services we provide.

By connecting a wallet, creating a tournament, launching or adding a coin, viewing tournament data, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. No Financial Advice

Bracket Finance is a software interface for creating and viewing token tournaments. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, trading, or financial advice.

Any information shown in the service, including market cap, holders, volume, eligibility status, tournament rankings, buyback amounts, and transaction data, is provided for convenience only and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.

3. Crypto and Launchpad Risk

Digital assets are volatile and may lose all value. Token launches, tournament participation, buybacks, rewards, and third-party trading activity involve substantial risk.

You are responsible for understanding the smart contracts, wallets, token mechanics, fees, network conditions, and third-party services you interact with. Transactions on public blockchains are generally irreversible.

4. Wallets and Transactions

You control your wallet and private keys. We cannot recover lost wallets, reverse transactions, restore tokens, or guarantee transaction confirmation.

When you connect a wallet or sign a message, you authorize the requested action only after reviewing it. You should verify all wallet prompts before approving them.

5. Tournaments, Coins, and Buybacks

Tournament configuration, coin metadata, buyback splits, eligibility rules, start times, end times, and displayed results may depend on user input, blockchain data, and third-party APIs.

We may reject, hide, disqualify, pause, or remove tournaments or coins that appear fraudulent, abusive, illegal, misleading, technically broken, or harmful to the service or its users.

Buyback execution and reward distribution may depend on available funds, network state, liquidity, third-party service availability, and administrative review. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, value, liquidity, ranking, reward, or buyback result.

6. User Content and Metadata

You are responsible for names, tickers, descriptions, image URLs, social links, and any other content you submit. You must have the rights needed to submit and use that content.

You may not submit content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, malicious, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or designed to impersonate another person, project, or organization.

7. Third-Party Services

Bracket Finance is not affiliated with Pump.fun. The service may link to or depend on third-party services such as blockchain RPC providers, wallet adapters, Pump.fun, Solscan, IPFS gateways, hosting providers, and analytics or infrastructure vendors.

We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their content, their fees, their policies, or any loss caused by your use of them.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service to violate any law, manipulate markets, commit fraud, launder funds, evade sanctions, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with service operations, scrape excessively, bypass access controls, or distribute malware.

You may not use the service if you are barred from doing so under applicable law or if your use would cause us or another user to violate applicable law.

9. Availability and Changes

The service is provided on an experimental basis and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We may change features, eligibility rules, limits, supported integrations, or displayed data without notice.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or security.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost tokens, lost data, trading losses, wallet compromise, failed transactions, or loss of goodwill.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to us for the service in the three months before the claim or 100 USD.
