Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 14, 2026

This page is written for transparency and product clarity. It is not legal advice.

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Bracket Finance collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, tournament tools, coin pages, wallet-connected features, and related services.

Public blockchain activity is different from ordinary website activity. Wallet addresses, token launches, transaction hashes, buybacks, rewards, and related on-chain data may be public, permanent, and visible to anyone.

2. Information We Collect

Wallet information: wallet addresses, signed messages, authentication timestamps, and public transaction data needed to connect your wallet, create tournaments, launch coins, or administer tournament actions.

Tournament and coin content: names, tickers, descriptions, image URLs, social links, metadata, eligibility data, market data, buyback information, and other content submitted or generated through the service.

Technical information: IP address, device and browser details, pages visited, request timestamps, logs, error reports, and approximate location inferred from technical data.

Communications: information you send to us through support, social channels, feedback, or other communications.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to operate the service, connect wallets, authenticate actions, create and display tournaments, process administrative actions, show rankings, record buyback status, troubleshoot errors, improve performance, protect against abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We may also use aggregated or de-identified information to understand usage patterns and improve the product.

4. Public Blockchain Data

Transactions and wallet activity on public blockchains are not private. If you use a wallet with the service, your public wallet address and related on-chain actions may be visible through blockchain explorers, RPC providers, third-party launchpads, and other public tools.

We cannot delete, modify, or make private information that has already been recorded on a public blockchain.

5. Cookies, Local Storage, and Wallet State

The service and wallet adapters may use cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar technologies to keep wallet state, remember preferences, secure sessions, and support basic site functionality.

Your browser settings may let you block or delete some storage, but doing so may cause wallet connection or app features to stop working.

6. Sharing

We may share information with infrastructure providers, hosting providers, database providers, blockchain RPC providers, wallet tooling, analytics or monitoring vendors, IPFS or metadata services, and other providers that help us operate the service.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, security needs, fraud prevention, sanctions compliance, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of users, the public, or the service.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of exchanging it for money.

7. Third-Party Services

Bracket Finance is not affiliated with Pump.fun. When you interact with third-party services such as wallets, Pump.fun, Solscan, IPFS gateways, RPC providers, or social platforms, their own privacy policies and terms apply.

We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices, security, data retention, or content.

8. Data Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce terms, secure the platform, and comply with legal obligations.

Some records may remain in backups, logs, archives, public blockchain records, or third-party systems even after they are removed from active product views.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet service, wallet interaction, database, or blockchain integration can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

You are responsible for securing your own wallet, device, browser, private keys, seed phrases, and approvals.

10. Your Choices

You can choose not to connect a wallet, not to submit tournament or coin content, disconnect your wallet through your wallet provider, clear browser storage, or stop using the service.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information. These rights may not apply to public blockchain data or information we must keep for legal, security, or operational reasons.

11. Children

The service is not intended for children. Do not use the service if you are under the age required to use blockchain wallets, digital asset services, or similar products in your jurisdiction.

12. International Use

The service may be operated from and processed in countries other than where you live. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed in those locations.

13. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update means the updated policy applies to your use.

14. Contact

Questions or privacy requests can be sent through our published official support channels. This Privacy Policy is a product draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before production launch.
